Once your group reaches 5 people, the 6th rider is free. For each additional 5 participants, you will get another free ride. Not only do you get the 5th ride for free, you will also receive a Whoa-Ga hat or Tee-Shirt, our way of thanking you for your efforts.

For the yoga class you need a clean, heated open space (min 100 sq. ft.); for the riding a standard indoor arena.

Organizing your groups payments
To qualify for any free rides, all correspondence must go through one Group Organizer. Changes (to numbers, packages) cannot be made by anyone except the Group Organizer. All payments by this Group organizer must be done in lump sums (no individual checks). Having worked with many groups over the years, hear are some helpful hints:

  • Collecting money from your friends is not an easy task. We recommend collecting the deposit and post-dated check for the balance (made out to you) at the same time.

  • Whoa-Ga does accept personal and company checks for group activities in lump sums for the entire group. Participants must pay the group organizer to keep the group rates. Credit card are accepted via the website or email. At your request, we will email you an invoice that you can pay online.

  • Registration and Release Forms: Make copies for your group and see that everyone submits completed registration forms with their payment.
Use a spreadsheet summary to keep track of your group members and their payments. You will find a template (Organizer’s Record Sheet) included in this kit.
